職責:
1.提供行政支援。
2.協助制定和實施與銷售、公共關系和市場推廣的策略和計劃。
3.協助建立和維護與不同持份者的良好關系。
4.通過及時監測進展,根據優先級和目標解決問題,不斷調整計劃以實現目標。
5.與各級管理層保持聯系,協調和解決內部和外部機構/組織的行政事務相關的問題和問題。
6.協助處理任何緊急任務或項目。
要求:
1.大專及本科以上學歷,專業為商業管理、市場營銷或傳播相關學科優先。
2.具有項目管理或快速消費品行業(FMCG)相關工作經驗者優先。
3.良好的英語和中文書寫和口語能力。
4.熟練使用計算機應用程序,包括MS Word、MS Excel、MS PowerPoint和中文輸入法。
5.具有積極的職業道德、強烈的結果導向、良好的時間管理能力、成熟、有韌性、注重細節和準確性。
6.具有良好的人際交往能力,能夠與多方有效合作。

辦公時間:上午9:00-下午6:00(午膳時間:12:00-1:00)
福利: 雙休、每天八小時制、五險一金、按國家規定假期。
Responsibilities:
- Providing executive/administrative support.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives related to sales, public relations, and marketing.
- Assisting in establishing and maintaining good relationships with different stakeholders.
- Assisting in developing and completing projects by timely monitoring progress according to priorities and ob
- Maintaining liaison with all levels of administration to coordinate and resolve problems and issues related to administrative matters of internal and external institutions/organizations.
- Assisting in any ad hoc tasks or projects.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree Holder, preferably in BBA, Marketing, or Communications related disciplines.
- Relevant working experience in Project Management or FMCG Industry will be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Possess positive work ethics, strong result orientation, good time management, maturity, resilience, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal skills and able to work productively with multiple parties.
